We can tell you on Tuesday what your fence will look like on Friday. Height, post spacing, gate swing, rail count, all of it goes on the estimate you sign, and the crew works off that same sheet in your driveway. Most of the fence complaints in this market start in the gap between what somebody quoted and what actually got set.
We lose jobs by a hundred dollars on work worth thousands. We are also frequently back at that same address inside a year, because the crew that won it on price built it wrong and is no longer answering the phone. Posts go into concrete at two to three feet depending on the fence, and fasteners are galvanized. When a job includes an automatic gate opener, we fit the operator as part of the same job. Wood Fence
Wood is still the most requested material in Osceola County. We build it from cypress or pressure treated pine, usually a six foot privacy panel with one by six boards, and cypress holds up better in the humidity because it carries a natural insect resistance that pine does not.

Vinyl Fence
Vinyl costs more the day it goes in and close to nothing after that. Our profiles use titanium dioxide as a UV inhibitor, so white stays white instead of going yellow after three Florida summers.

Chain Link Fence
Chain link goes up fastest and handles wind better than any solid panel. We carry it galvanized or vinyl coated in black and green, from four feet up to thirty for ball fields and industrial lots.

Aluminum gives you the wrought iron look without the rust, powder coated for the humidity, and it is usually where pool codes and HOA design rules end up pointing you.

Yes, and walking in to look at it first is rare in this trade. Our store on 192 has a showroom you can walk into.
Put your hands on a vinyl panel. Compare a spear top picket against a flat top in person rather than on a phone screen, and see the real color in daylight. We keep between $300,000 and $500,000 of material in stock, which is the reason a job here does not stall for three weeks waiting on a supplier.
It also means you can find out exactly where your fence came from. Our vinyl is made by Catalyst in Tennessee, Bartow and Plant City. Our chain link has USA stamped on it. We do not sell Chinese vinyl, which is the thin product that fades, chalks and cracks, and it is most of what we end up tearing out two to five years after somebody else installed it. Do you need a permit to install a fence in Central Florida?
Almost always, and the rules change from one side of a city line to the other.
Inside St. Cloud the maximum height in any yard is eight feet. The City of Orlando has dropped the permit requirement for one and two family residential fences six feet or under built in wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum or wrought iron, and brings it back above six feet or in masonry. Unincorporated Seminole County allows 42 inches in a front yard and eight feet in side and rear yards, and wants a permit for any replacement covering more than a quarter of an existing fence. Sanford will let you reach eight feet only if the top two feet is open lattice or another non solid material in the same style.
So the city usually caps you at six feet and the county will go to eight in places. The part nobody warns you about is that your HOA overrides both. There is a neighborhood near us where the developer set every fence at five feet, so every one going in there gets custom built to a height no code requires. In Celebration, every home runs three feet of privacy under three feet of lattice. Your association decides your color, material and height far more often than your city does. We check which jurisdiction and which association you are actually under before we quote, and we pull the permit as part of the job. The financing is the one most people ask about, usually after they hear the total rather than before. Twelve months at zero percent turns a fence into a monthly number instead of one hit, and the application takes a few minutes. We can start it during the estimate visit and all we need is an email address.
The 5% discount covers active and retired military, first responders and seniors. Mention it while the estimator is still on site, because it comes off the quote rather than getting applied later. The estimate itself is free either way.
What areas do you serve?
St. Cloud and Orlando are the core, and we run north to Sanford and east to Melbourne from there.
St. Cloud is home. Orlando is our largest market and our fence company in Lake Nona works inside it, where almost every job needs HOA approval before a permit is even relevant. Melbourne and Palm Bay are the newest addition. Brevard County has a contractor licensing requirement nowhere else in Florida uses, so for now we install wood and chain link there while we finish the testing.
