Automatic Gate Openers in Orlando & St. Cloud
LiftMaster operators only, fitted by our own crew, with battery backup standard rather than an upsell.
We install LiftMaster gate operators and nothing else. That is a deliberate choice rather than a supplier accident: carrying one brand means the crew knows the boards, we stock the parts that fail, and a service call does not turn into a parts hunt. Battery backup is standard on everything we fit, which in a state that loses power several times a summer is not a nice to have.
Swing and slide operators, keypads, remotes, loop detectors and safety sensors, on driveways and commercial entrances. The gate work runs on the same schedule as the fence. Call (407) 593-1888 and we will look at the driveway.
What does a gate opener install look like?

Should you choose a swing gate or a slide gate?
Slope decides it more often than anything else. A swing gate on a rising driveway catches the ground before it opens fully.
Swing gates suit level driveways with room for the gate to travel through its arc. They cost less and there are fewer moving parts. Slide gates suit sloped driveways, tight properties, and anywhere a car might sit parked in the swing path. They cost more and they need a clear run alongside the opening, which some lots simply do not have.
We measure the driveway and tell you which one your property can actually take, rather than which one you asked about. Our fence company in Lake Nona page covers the community approval side, since a powered gate at the street usually needs sign off before anything gets ordered.
Do automatic gate openers work during a power outage?
Yes. Battery backup is standard on every operator we install, not an option we quote separately.
The backup will run a residential gate through a normal outage. Every operator also has a manual release so you can push the gate open by hand if the battery is flat, and knowing where that release is before a storm rather than during one is worth the five minutes at handover. We show you on install day.
Retrofits are common and they depend entirely on how the existing gate was built. The gate has to be square, hung on hinges rated for powered use, and light enough for the operator to move thousands of times without straining. Older wood gates and gates that have started to sag are usually the problem, because an operator will happily keep pulling on a gate that has gone out of true until something breaks. We look before we quote and tell you honestly whether to automate it or replace it.

Can you add an opener to an existing gate?
Often yes, and it depends on how the gate was built. The gate has to be square, hung on hinges rated for powered use, and light enough for the operator to move thousands of times without straining. Where do you install gate openers?
Across Central Florida, on residential driveways and commercial entrances alike.
Orlando carries most of the commercial access control work, from parking lots to school entrances, and our fence company in Orlando page covers that side of it. On a commercial site, tell us where the conduit can run before the posts go in and it saves trenching a finished lot later.
